I met Melissa years before when she was showing her client one of my listings.  I immediately noticed her genuine kindness. I made a note to save her contacts for future reference.  A few years later when I found myself needing the services of a realtor I remembered her and gave her a call.  She had the same kind demeanor I remembered.  I was so happy I had the opportunity to work with her on the sale of my long time family home.  Melissa accomplished some incredible feats preparing the property for sale in a very short time frame.  She handled everything!! Another remarkable note was when I interviewed the top three realtors in the area before making the selection, all but her low balled the sell price in an attempt to make a quick sell.  I’m a realtor and knew the comps so I identified this was happening.  Melissa did not follow that trend but agreed to boldly go for top dollar, something I had noticed in other listings she had represented.  This is a rare quality in realtors that you don’t come across often.  Obviously within reason and well backed, but I feel it shows sincerity and honesty, and true sacrifice for the client.
